Maybe you don’t want to meet new people because you’ve been traumatized by being betrayed in the past. 

it could be that you don’t want to be blamed for something or maybe you don’t want to be responsible for something.

3. Look to the future

If you have thoroughly analyzed the reasons for staying in your comfort zone, then the next step is that you have to look to the future. What you will be like next year, or 5 years, even 10 years.

4. Get rid of negative thoughts

Many people fall into the trap of thinking that what they get is the result of their hard work and is worth enjoying. Negative thoughts will only lead you to endless misery.
